FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The time it takes to manufacture your custom bench seat cushions may vary depending on the availability of fabrics and other materials. In most cases, however, an average residential order takes about 6-8 weeks. For larger, commercial client orders, production can take around 12-16 weeks to complete.
Because we work exclusively with high-quality performance fabric brands, all of our custom cushions are easy to clean and maintain. If there is any dried dirt or debris on the cushion, first try to gently brush or wipe it away. Then, use a mild soap and water solution to spot clean any remaining areas of dirt. Do not use harsh cleaners like bleach, as these may cause damage.
When not in use, it’s a good idea to keep your custom outdoor bench cushions dry in storage. This will reduce exposure to weather and can help extend their lifespan even further.
