In-Home Consultation
Are you in the DFW area but unsure about how or where to begin? Cush Living offers in-home design consultations to help you identify exactly what you want and need. If you’ve followed our measurement guide but need additional help, this consultation will ensure a perfect fit.
When you book a consultation, a designer visits your home to work with you in person. This offers you several benefits. Instead of having to try and complete measurements on your own, your designer will be there to assist you and ensure the absolute best fit for all of your custom pillows and cushions.
Fabrics, colors, and patterns can look different online than they do in person. And you may not know which types of fabrics suit your individual needs best. Your in-home consultation eliminates the guesswork by bringing the designer’s eyes right to your home.
This consultation also allows you to assess our curated fabric types, colors, and patterns in person, and provides your designer with the information needed to make design recommendations that truly transform the look of your outdoor space.

Frequently Asked Questions
If ordering in fall, winter or early spring, expect approximate lead times between 4 and 6 weeks. If ordering between February and July, this is peak season, and approximate lead times can be 10 weeks or more. We cannot promise completion dates for custom orders.
Custom cushions are non-refundable and non-returnable. As such, we strongly encourage you to order fabric samples prior to ordering. The only products we deem to be returnable are those that contain workmanship or manufacturing defects. Cush Living must pre-approve all returns.
We offer a one-year warranty from the date of invoice against material defects and workmanship. The trusted brands we carry provide a warranty between 3 – 6 years against fading, mold, and mildew.
Our quality options include Sunbrella fabrics, Outdura fabrics, Tempotest fabrics, MariaFlora fabrics and Bella Dura fabrics which are legendary for their fade, water and stain resistance.
In order for your new outdoor custom cushions to fit perfectly, accurate measurements of your furniture’s width, depth and height are crucial.
You will also need to account for the thickness of your custom cushions if you’re having them custom-designed for folding furniture like chaise lounges or sofa/loveseat style furniture where top and bottom cushions overlap.
